Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your phone model and the case you love, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. We use Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout system. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.

Q: How can I get a copy of my invoice?
A: Your invoice was emailed to you as a PDF attachment with your order confirmation. You can also find it in your account order history if you created one at checkout. If you need another copy, contact us at support@casecrafter.com.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3-5 business days.

Q: What are your shipping options and costs?
A: We offer Standard Shipping for $4.99. We're happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $35!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track it from your account on our site.

Q: My tracking says "Delivered" but I don't have my package. What should I do?
A: Don't panic! First, check around your property, with neighbors, or your leasing office. Carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact us with your order number, and we'll help you investigate.


Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please see our full [Returns Policy](link to your returns page) for details.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Please email us at support@casecrafter.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Q: Does my CaseCrafter case come with a warranty?
A: Yes! All our cases are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers breaks or cracks from normal use but does not cover damage from accidents or misuse. [Learn more here].


Products & Compatibility

Q: How do I know if a case will fit my phone?
A: Use the filter on our [Shop Page](link to your collection page) to select your specific phone model (e.g., "iPhone 15 Pro Max", "Samsung Galaxy S23"). Every product page also clearly states which models the case is designed for.

Q: Are your cases drop-proof?
A: Many of our cases are designed with protection in mind! Look for the "Drop Protection" badge on product pages, which indicates the case has been tested to meet military-grade drop-test standards (usually MIL-STD-810G).

Q: Do your cases work with wireless charging?
A: Most of our cases are compatible with Qi wireless charging. Cases with very thick designs (like some rugged armor cases) might slow charging slightly or require precise placement. Product descriptions will note if a case is not wireless charging compatible.

Q: Will the case protect my phone's camera?
A: Yes! Our cases are designed with raised bezels around the screen and camera lens to keep them elevated and protected from scratches when laid on a flat surface.
